| Return, Exchange & Refund Policy | |
| Software/Media | Due to its reproducible nature, we do not issue refunds for software or multi-media products. If your product is defective, please initiate a Support Ticket from our e-Support Center - http://www.garyfong.com/support, and we will provide you with the download link or replacement media. You should save any defective media (e.g. CD/DVD)until you have received a replacement, but you do not need to return it unless requested. |
| Software Upgrades | We continually strive to bring you the highest quality software. When a new version of a software product is released, users who have purchased the software within the previous 30 days will be given a free upgrade. Users who have purchased the software within the previous year may be entitled to a discounted upgrade to the new version. Users are entitled to incremental upgrades (bug fixes, etc.) for a period of one year after purchase. Buyers are responsible for providing proof of purchase on request. |
| Diffuser Sizing | We cannot independently verify the size and fit of each diffuser with every flash/camera model. As a convenience, we have provided model sizing charts based upon the information and feedback available to us. If you find the information is not accurate, we invite you to notify us at support@garyfonginc.com. We will make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the charts. |
| Return/Exchange Procedure | We stand behind all of our products and will gladly exchange any physical merchandise that: a) is damaged during shipping; b) is defective; or, c) we have shipped in error (i.e.. the wrong product, quantity, or size). Claims for incorrect or missing items should be made within 5 days of receipt by emailing support@garyfonginc.com. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by the original packing materials, accessories and shipping document. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. Unless the return is due to damage, defect or fulfillment error, there is a $10 restocking fee. Original shipping & handling charges are not refundable. You are responsible for the shipping cost to return an item for refund or exchange, unless sent in error, defective or damaged upon arrival. We will pay the reshipping costs for exchanged merchandise. In all cases, no item may be returned without a Return Authorization (RA) Number. To obtain an RA and additional instructions, contact Customer Support at 800-906-6447, weekdays 8:00 am until 8:00 pm (Eastern). You may also obtain an RA by submitting an email to: returns@garyfonginc.com with your order number and all pertinent information. IN ALL CASES, YOUR RETURN MUST BE RECEIVED IN OUR WAREHOUSE WITHIN 30 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT. |
